AFF is inviting community leaders to get involved in the Fire Department’s annual celebration of accomplishments in the fire service. Corporate sponsorship of an Annual Awards Breakfast will expand the ceremony so that it appropriately recognizes these amazing contributions to our community.
Professional development comes in many forms. While the city supports training and certifications that make our firefighters among the best in the country, there is a shortage of funding for higher education, management and leadership schools, and specialty skills training. AFF is assisting with the development of a well-managed and robust scholarship program.
Our fire stations are a reflection of the pride we feel for our community. AFF needs your help in organizing and funding volunteer opportunities focused on beautifying the exterior of our fire stations. Potential projects include:
